2. Minimum education: bachelor's degree (Law/Psychology/Human Resources)

3. At least 3 years of experience as HRD in a manufacturing company

4. Understands labour law

5. Understands employee recruitment, employment contracts and employee coaching

6. Proficient in Excel (required)

7. Understands payroll calculation, PPh 21 income tax, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan reports

8. Independent, energetic, meticulous, with good communication skills

9. Understands good, tidy administration
